Terms and Condition
The delivery of your order is subject to availability of stock. We keep our inventory up-to-date. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options such as a refund or an alternate product. Please check and receive your product in front of the delivery person. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or has any mismatch in size or pricing issue at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person.
Ordering Policy
We will only execute customer’s orders subject to availability of stock shown on our website. Customers can make payment through various secure online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders that are paid for OR shipped cannot be cancelled unless the item becomes unavailable. Legacy Shoes Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances.
Shipping Policy
Our objective is to deliver all items as accurately as possible and within stipulated time. We make our best efforts to ship each item within 3 to 5 working days inside Dhaka metropolitan city and 7 to 10 working days outside Dhaka. We ship on regular weekdays (Saturday to Thursday), excluding public holidays. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. Please be aware that your order may be cancelled or delayed due to factors beyond our control, including size or product unavailability, courier issues, and unforeseen circumstances like political unrest or adverse weather conditions.
Return Policy
We ensure customer’s satisfaction through rigorous Q&A process. Please ensure that you have ordered the right article, size and colour variation while ordering. Our delivery partner will ensure you with every assistance while receiving the product. Kindly make sure that you have received the right product while the delivery person is in front. If the article is not what you have ordered, please return it to the delivery person right away. Legacy Shoes Ltd will not take any product back if it has any sign of being used, worn or torn.
Warranty Policy
We will provide a 30 days warranty period from the date of the delivery/collect of our products only in case of major material and workmanship defects. Our customer service department shall assess the defects and provide warranty facility within 30 days after delivery/collect the same only through our Head Office in Dhaka.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving a refund request, it will not be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund as per our refund policy. It is recommended to review the product details, specifications, and other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure a satisfying experience.
Pricing Policy
All products are priced at their MRP inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated separately and added to the final order total during the checkout process.
Special Terms
During any sales campaign Product delivery timeline may vary. No cash refund will be applicable in any manner.
